Instructions

  1. Shape the ice cream into balls and freeze until firm.
  2. Prepare a batter by mixing flour, eggs, sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. Dip each ice cream ball into the batter, then roll in the crushed cornflakes.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the coated ice cream balls until golden brown.
  5. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve immediately, optionally with chocolate or caramel sauce.
