- 1 cup coconut cream
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 4 cups ice
- 1 cup rum (optional)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (for garnish)
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the coconut cream, pineapple juice, and ice.
- If using, add rum to the mixture.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Pour the mixture into glasses.
- Garnish with shredded coconut and fresh pineapple chunks.

Notes
- This punch can be made non-alcoholic by omitting the rum.
- Feel free to adjust sweetness by adding more or less coconut cream.
