- 2 pounds frozen hash browns
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cornflakes, crushed (for topping)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, chicken ham, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- In a separate bowl, mix the crushed cornflakes with melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
