- 4 slices garlic bread
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of garlic bread.
- Place two slices, butter side down, in the skillet.
- Add two slices of cheddar cheese on top of the bread in the skillet.
- Top with the remaining slices of garlic bread, butter side up.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook the other side until cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, cut in half, and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add herbs like oregano or basil to the butter before spreading.
- Feel free to use any type of cheese you prefer.
