- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour any remaining marinade over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes before baking.
- Serve with steamed vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
