- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add the Parmesan cheese and mix until the sauce thickens.
- Toss the cooked fettuccine into the skillet with the steak and sauce. Combine well.
- Serve hot, garnished with remaining butter and fresh parsley.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add red pepper flakes.
- Make sure the steak is at room temperature before cooking for the best results.
