Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
- Once the oil is hot, add the steaks and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- In the last minute of cooking, add the butter, garlic, thyme, and rosemary to the skillet.
- Baste the steaks with the melted garlic butter.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.

- For a perfect medium-rare, aim for an internal temperature of 135°F.
- Letting the steak rest is crucial for juicy results.
