Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, bacon, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  4. Flatten each biscuit and place a scoop of the meat mixture in the center.
  5. Wrap the dough around the filling and seal it tightly.
  6. Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
