- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, bacon, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a scoop of the meat mixture in the center.
- Wrap the dough around the filling and seal it tightly.
- Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
- For added flavor, mix some Italian seasoning into the meat mixture.
