- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, crumbled bacon, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out the crescent dough and cut it into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the turkey mixture on each square and fold the corners to seal.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- For extra flavor, brush the bombs with garlic butter before baking.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
