Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, crumbled bacon, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll out the crescent dough and cut it into squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of the turkey mixture on each square and fold the corners to seal.
  6. Place the bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
