- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, rosemary, garlic, salt, sugar, and yeast.
- Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Divide the dough into muffin tins and let them rise for another 20 minutes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add more garlic or herbs as desired.
- These muffins are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container.
