- 1 box German chocolate cake mix
- 1 can coconut pecan frosting
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, water, and oil. Mix until smooth.
- Pour half of the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Spread the coconut pecan frosting over the batter.
- Pour the remaining batter on top and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
