- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup brie cheese, diced
- 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and halved

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix brie, cherries, spinach, salt, and pepper.
- Slice a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the mixture.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and cook the garlic until fragrant.
- Add honey and balsamic vinegar, then stir to combine.
- Place the stuffed chicken in a baking dish and drizzle with the honey-balsamic mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
