Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add onion and garlic, sauté until onion is translucent.
  3. Add chicken ham, paprika, thyme, and cabbage. Cook until cabbage is softened.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and diced tomatoes, bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Stir in cooked rice and crispy turkey bacon, heat through.

Notes

  • Feel free to add additional vegetables like carrots or bell peppers.
