Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh fruit (berries, mango, etc.)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, honey, vanilla extract, and milk.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into molds and insert sticks.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
- To unmold, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute different fruits based on your preference.
- You can add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor.
