Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh fruit (berries, mango, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, honey, vanilla extract, and milk.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into molds and insert sticks.
  4. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
  5. To unmold, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
