Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and seasoned ground beef
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the entire surface.
  3. Layer the ground beef, tomatoes, and onions on top of the cheese.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the fillings and top with the second tortilla.
  5. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then carefully flip it over.
  6. Add butter to the pan and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.

Notes
