Ingredients

- 4 pounds chicken thighs
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, ginger, garlic, and black pepper.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and place on the grill.
- Grill for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For added flavor, baste the chicken with leftover marinade while grilling.
- Serve with steamed rice and grilled vegetables for a complete meal.
