Ingredients

Instructions

  6. Reduce the oven temperature to 325°F (163°C) and continue roasting until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare, about 1.5 to 2 hours.
  7. Let the roast rest for 20 minutes before slicing and serving.
