- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 2 cups tater tots
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until browned.
- Drain excess fat, then add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, corn, chili powder, and garlic powder, stirring until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with tater tots.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the tater tots are golden brown.

- For a spicier flavor, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
