- 1 whole beef leg
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup diced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, onions, garlic, bell peppers, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and cheese.
- Stuff the mixture into the beef leg and secure it with kitchen twine.
- Place the stuffed beef leg in a roasting pan and cover it with foil.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, removing the foil halfway through.
- Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.

- For extra flavor, marinate the beef leg overnight.
- Use different vegetables in the stuffing based on personal preference.
