- 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg.
- Dip each chicken piece in the egg, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken nuggets on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
- For extra crunch, you can fry the nuggets instead of baking them.
- Feel free to experiment with different seasonings in the breadcrumb mixture.
