- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, turkey bacon, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
- Place a small spoonful of the mixture into the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold to seal.
- Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the rangoon until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, consider baking at 400°F for 20 minutes instead of frying.
- Serve with sweet and sour sauce for dipping.
