Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

  • 4 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine water and butter, and bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in the flour until the mixture forms a ball.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  6. Drop the dough by tablespoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. For the filling, whip the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  9. Cut the puffs in half and fill with the whipped cream mixture.
