Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crispy rice cereal and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and honey over medium heat.
- Once melted, remove from heat and add the vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture over the cereal and mix until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate until set.
- Cut into bars and serve.
