- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine peanut butter and honey over medium heat. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Add chocolate chips and mix until fully melted and combined.
- Fold in the crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish and spread evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
- For a sweeter crunch bar, add more chocolate chips.
- Try adding nuts or dried fruit for extra flavor.
