- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together honey, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken thighs with the honey butter mixture.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour any remaining honey butter over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
