- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, and ginger.
- Marinate the chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and pour the remaining marinade over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and caramelized.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

- This recipe works well with chicken breasts as an alternative.
- For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate overnight.
