Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger to create the sauce.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add bell peppers and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the sauce and cook until slightly thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
