Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, ginger, and black pepper.
- Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish and pour the marinade over the meat.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve drizzled with the pan sauce.

- For best results, marinate the pork for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
- Serve with steamed vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
