Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix together honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the beef ribs on a large piece of aluminum foil and pour the honey mustard mixture over them, ensuring they are well coated.
- Wrap the ribs tightly in the foil to seal in moisture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.

- For extra flavor, marinate the ribs in the honey mustard mixture overnight.
