Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and mix well.
  4. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in sour cream until fully combined.
  6. Pour half the batter into the crust, then drizzle half of the caramel sauce over it. Pour the remaining batter on top and swirl with a knife.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set. Let cool at room temperature before refrigerating.
  8. Before serving, drizzle with remaining caramel sauce.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese.
  • Let the cheesecake chill overnight for best texture.
