- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and mix well.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream until fully combined.
- Pour half the batter into the crust, then drizzle half of the caramel sauce over it. Pour the remaining batter on top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set. Let cool at room temperature before refrigerating.
- Before serving, drizzle with remaining caramel sauce.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese.
- Let the cheesecake chill overnight for best texture.
