- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine honey and brown sugar until melted.
- Add soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and Dijon mustard. Stir well to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Brush glaze over chicken or ham before cooking.
- Cook chicken or ham as desired, continuously basting with the glaze until fully cooked.
Notes
- For a thicker glaze, simmer longer.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
