Ingredients

- 4 cups peaches, chopped
- 1 cup jalapeños, seeded and minced
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 packet pectin (for jelly)
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine peaches, jalapeños, sugar, honey, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then add the pectin and stir well. Boil for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and ladle into sterilized jars, sealing them immediately.
- Let jars cool completely before storing them.
Notes
- Adjust the number of jalapeños to taste for more or less heat.
- Ensure jars are properly sanitized before filling.
