- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup erythritol sweetener
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine the cocoa powder and cinnamon.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle half of the cocoa-cinnamon mixture on top.
- Add the remaining batter and finish with the rest of the cocoa-cinnamon mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For an extra touch, serve with a dollop of whipped cream or a sprinkle of chopped nuts.
