Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup erythritol sweetener
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the cocoa powder and cinnamon.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle half of the cocoa-cinnamon mixture on top.
  6. Add the remaining batter and finish with the rest of the cocoa-cinnamon mixture.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.
