- 1 cup cold brew coffee

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together almond flour, erythritol, and cocoa powder.
- Add melted butter and combine until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into a pie pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Let it cool before filling.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, cold brew coffee, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!

- For a sweeter pie, adjust the amount of erythritol to taste.
- Garnish with cocoa powder or whipped cream if desired.
