- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup key lime juice
- 1 (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the crust.
- In another bowl, mix key lime juice, sweetened condensed milk, and lime zest. Pour over the cream cheese layer.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a tangier flavor, add more lime juice or zest.
- Garnish with additional whipped topping and lime slices before serving.
