- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- additional lime wedges and zest for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of small jars to form the crust layer.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add the sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest. Mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Spoon the filling into the jars over the crust layer.
- Chill the jars in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Before serving, garnish with lime wedges and additional zest.
Notes
- For a more intense lime flavor, add an extra tablespoon of lime zest.
- You can prepare these jars a day in advance for easier serving.
