Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • additional lime wedges and zest for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of small jars to form the crust layer.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add the sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest. Mix until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  6. Spoon the filling into the jars over the crust layer.
  7. Chill the jars in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  8. Before serving, garnish with lime wedges and additional zest.

Notes

  • For a more intense lime flavor, add an extra tablespoon of lime zest.
  • You can prepare these jars a day in advance for easier serving.
