  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup fresh key lime juice
  • Zest of 2 key limes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let it cool.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
  5. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
