- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1¾ cups warm water
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and knead until smooth.
- Allow the dough to rise for 1 hour in a warm place until doubled in size.
- Meanwhile, mix softened butter, minced garlic, and parsley in a bowl.
- Once risen, punch down the dough and divide it into equal portions.
- Flatten each portion, place a mixture of mozzarella and cream cheese inside, and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with the garlic butter mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
- Let the rolls rise again for 30 minutes while preheating the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some chili flakes to the garlic butter mixture.
- Make sure not to overbake to keep the cheese gooey.
