  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned; drain any excess fat.
  4. Add marinara sauce and Italian seasoning to the beef; simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, salt, and pepper.
  6. To assemble, place a noodle in a cupcake liner, add beef mixture, then ricotta mixture, and top with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
