- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 large egg yolks

- 1 tablespoon butter, softened (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove and let it cool.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, egg yolks, and lemon zest until smooth.
- Pour the lemon mixture into the cooled crust.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes. Remove and let it cool completely.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add more lemon zest to the filling.
- Top with whipped cream for an indulgent touch.
