Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and mix well.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time until just combined.
  5. Fold in diced apples, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  6. Pour cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set. Remove from oven and let cool.
  8. Drizzle caramel sauce over the cooled cheesecake before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, let the cheesecake chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
  • You can add nuts for extra crunch if desired.
