- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and mix well.
- Beat in eggs one at a time until just combined.
- Fold in diced apples, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Pour cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set. Remove from oven and let cool.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the cooled cheesecake before serving.
Notes
- For best results, let the cheesecake chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
- You can add nuts for extra crunch if desired.
