  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
  3. Place a tortilla in the skillet and spread half of the macaroni and cheese mixture on one half of the tortilla.
  4. Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. Slice into wedges and serve hot.

Notes
