- 2 cups cooked macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet and spread half of the macaroni and cheese mixture on one half of the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice into wedges and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding cooked bacon or jalapeños to the filling.
- Serve with salsa or guacamole on the side.
