- 1 pound ground turkey
- 6 strips turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas

- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, cook the ground turkey until browned and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the crumbled turkey bacon and barbecue sauce to the skillet with the turkey, mixing well.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface, top with a portion of the turkey mixture and shredded cheese, then fold over.
- Heat oil in the skillet over medium heat and cook the quesadilla until golden and crispy on both sides.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Cut into wedges and serve hot.
