Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes and spinach, cooking until spinach is wilted.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and bacon back to the skillet, tossing to combine.
  6. Sprinkle with feta cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper. Serve warm.
