Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine pistachios and almond milk until smooth.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  3. Add honey, vanilla extract, and salt, stirring until mixed well.
  4. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with a little water to create a slurry; add to the saucepan.
  5. Continue to cook until the mixture thickens.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool, then freeze in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer instructions.

Notes
