Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken breasts.
  4. In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and add the chicken.
  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned.
  6. Add butter to the skillet, spooning melted butter over the chicken.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Remove from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
