- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken breasts.
- In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and add the chicken.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned.
- Add butter to the skillet, spooning melted butter over the chicken.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken breasts for an hour before cooking.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
