Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, place the chicken breasts and sprinkle with taco seasoning.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup with diced tomatoes and pour over the chicken.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbling.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
