Instructions
- Prepare the mini graham cracker crusts according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix the vanilla pudding with milk until thickened.
- Stir in the lemon juice and vanilla extract.
- Layer the sliced bananas at the bottom of each crust.
- Pour the pudding mixture over the bananas.
- Top with whipped cream and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cinnamon on top before serving.
