Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, and cocoa powder.
  3. In another bowl, combine the melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk, then mix into the dry ingredients until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cakes to cool before serving.
