- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, and cocoa powder.
- In another bowl, combine the melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk, then mix into the dry ingredients until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the cakes to cool before serving.

- Serve with whipped cream or chocolate ganache for an extra treat!
