- 1 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 package mini pie crusts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together corn syrup, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Place mini pie crusts on a baking tray.
- Fill each crust with the pecans and pour the filling over them.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the filling is set.
- Let them cool before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, toast the pecans before adding them to the pies.
